Section 1. Activities of the Post, in absence of any contractual obligation, shall take
precedence over any other activity scheduled by the Operations Manager,
Rental Hall Coordinator, or the Executive Committee. A monetary deposit

Post, S.A.L., or Auxiliary member or committee for a function or an event will
be coordinated through the Rental Hall Coordinator. The Rental Hall
Coordinator will consult with the Operations Manager for date availability and
final determination for use. Whether or not charges for use of the rental facilities
are involved, an appropriate rental contract shall be negotiated.
Section 3. Any public company, organization, group, or individual desiring use of the
Post’s rental hall must address their request to the Rental Hall Coordinator who
will coordinate with the Operations Manager and shall negotiate an appropriate
                   rental contract.
Section 4. Any company, organization, group, or individual involved in bona fide non-
profit fundraising activities for recognized charitable programs, or individuals or
families in need, will address their request to the Rental Hall Coordinator. Final
determination will rest with the Executive Committee. Whether or not charges
for use of the rental facilities are involved, an appropriate rental contract shall be
                   negotiated.
Section 5. Use of the Post rental facilities by any national, state, district or county
organization of The American Legion shall be at the discretion of the Executive
                   Committee.

may an outside company advertise in promoted events (e.g., Budweiser being
displayed on banner announcing an event when liquor distributor donates
                   the banner).
Section 3. A company may pay to advertise on Post electronic boards if approved by
the Executive Committee or Operations Manager (e.g., John Doe Construction
pays to have their name scrolled on Post electronic board for 2 weeks).
